A letter from the Stride team on COVID-19

Stride Collective houses 20+ brands from the same manufacturing workshop, where we prioritize the wellness and conditions of our shoemakers. Due to the recent escalation of the novel Coronavirus (COVID-19), the next few months will be hard on business, most especially local, small-medium enterprises.

This hit us hard—because the livelihood of our makers rely heavily on retail sales. Although we ensure you our workers' payroll will still be continuous, it is also difficult for small businesses like ours to function with a little headroom. We're being transparent and we're letting everyone know that your support is very much needed at this time.

 

In times like this, our brand partners are even more driven to stride together; we hope you join us in this walk too.

Our partner manufacturing house, Risque Designs, has converted their workshop to a PPE-generating workshop to help produce protective gear to front liners, as well as provide income to the shoemakers they employ.

We're proud to share that 10% of our profit will be used for the production of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) in masks and gowns, to be donated to our front liners. 

 


In line with the 'new normal' that we are facing, Stride Collective practices regular disinfection activities with our handling and manufacturing process, as well as in each and every pair.

 

We encourage our customers to also practice the same standards by disinfecting any packages received that is handled by an external courier service.

While operations are limited in this situation, our team is always online and ready to process your orders. However, please be advised that deliveries will be done weekly as part of our practice to minimize the time we spend outside our homes. 

 

Store schedule

Our store is temporarily closed until further notice, in compliance of the Enhanced Community Quarantine in Metro Manila. 

 

Delivery Schedule

Metro Manila: Fulfillment of orders will be done every Wednesday and Friday through delivery services such as Mr. Speedy. After placing your order and soon as payment is confirmed, we will get in touch with you on the delivery details. The fee will be shouldered and paid by the customer upon receipt from the rider.

Outside Metro Manila: We will still accept and process your orders, however, we can only proceed to ship them out after ECQ and soon as couriers are available to accept shipment outside Metro Manila.

 

Payments

We accept payments through Credit or Debit Cards processed through Paypal Express and Online Transfer through BDO and BPI. 

We’re still working on providing more payment methods for your convenience.
